Advanced Training Classes

Designed for those who have mastered the basics. Advanced training classes focus on understanding your knowledge management needs, planning how to use knowledge within your organization, and creating knowledge trees that put your knowledge to work. Topics include the following:

• Structuring and building advanced knowledge trees
• Working with rules (simple values, value pick lists, equations, rule network execution, alerts, conditional execution)
• Creating, defining, and using global and local variables
• Using knowledge trees effectively
